SELLER SERVICES GUARANTEE

Coldwell Banker Shooltz Realty agrees to provide the following service, FREE, for as long as your home is on the market and listed with Coldwell Banker Shooltz Realty

We guarantee to repair at no charge:  
1.  Leaking Faucets-only the leak. We do not guarantee to repair damage resulting from the leak or cover fixtures that need to be replaced.
2.  Leaking Sinks-only the leak. We do not guarantee to repair damage resulting from the leak.
3.  Leaking Shower Head-only the leak. We do not guarantee to repair damage resulting from the leak or cover fixtures that need to be replaced.
4.  Wall Holes-we will repair holes in dry wall resulting from door knob intrusion. Painting not included.
5.  Towel Racks-we will repair loose or removed towel racks where they attach to the wall, we do not replace the towel rack fixture.
6.  Light Bulbs-we will change hard to reach light bulbs, interior and exterior. Light bulbs not included.
7.  Electrical Wall Sockets-we will repair all interior wall sockets, does not cover code violations or updating to GFCI.
8.  Interior Light Switches-we will repair all interior light switches, does not cover code violations or updating to GFCI.
9.  Leaking Toilets-we will repair toilet leaks at the water connection points. We will repair "running toilets" if possible, but do not guarantee the internal mechanism.
10. Door Adjustment-we will adjust doors/cabinets when possible, within the manufacturer's allowed ability to do so. Excludes garage doors.
11. Receive 10% off your home improvement products from Lowe's, register at lowesmoving.com to receive your coupon.
12. We will be happy to assist you with other "handyman" repair items, if possible, and reserve the right to do so, call our Customer Service representative to see what we can do!

This guarantee covers only the items listed and is provided as a complimentary service from your Coldwell Banker Shooltz Realty representative. Your property must be actively listed by Coldwell Banker Shooltz Realty for a period of not less than 180 days. Withdrawal from market, expiration and or termination of listing shall cancel this agreement.
